There are arguments for and against exporting waste tyres for disposal/ recycling in third party destinations. Essentially, if recycling of a waste can take place in a third party country with a lower carbon footprint, and to at least UK/ European environmental standards, and at an economic advantage, then any argument against exports becomes null and void.
